- damaged items
- undelivered items (as marked by the shipping carrier)
What is not covered
Packages shipped by the trade partner to Veriswap (also known as the first leg shipping)
- damage caused while in transit*
- empty packages
- packages sent with shipping labels purchased outside of
- unsupported items
*Trade partners are responsible and liable for securely packaging items that are shipped to Veriswap to be inspected. Incidents that are caused by poor packaging are not covered by Veriswap.
